Everything was perfect, amicable staff, handy location right by Wimbledon, the centre, and the correct bus stop. The room was brand-new & good-sized together with balcony as well as en-suite bathroom.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, but everything was great. The breakfast was nice with the best coffee and the ambience was quiet. Appreciated the location, it was stunning and incredible adjacent to the correct bus stop. Merton district was worth staying in.

Deluxe hotel, staff were amiable and rooms were themed. I found the venue's location handy, short walk to the centre of London, a residential area, and the correct bus stop. Merton district was worth visiting.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The rooms were cozy and clean, with all the basic amenities provided. The breakfast, although somewhat limited, was still satisfying.

The owner, Giulia, was absolutely amazing! She made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had a modern and stylish decor. The bed in our room was unbelievably comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The location was ideal for us, with easy access to public transport and a quiet neighborhood. Plus, the breakfast provided had a great variety and was delicious.

Personally, we found the beds to be too soft, which made it a bit uncomfortable for us. the room was quite warm, but this was due to the owner adjusting the heating for other guests who were feeling cold.

The proprietor provided gluten-free bread, accommodated milk preference, recommended a good restaurant, clean and bright accommodation, friendly and helpful host.
